Delivery / Pickup Info
Orders are free to pickup at depots + $6 - $15 for delivery orders if within city zones.
Rush Delivery available for $10
*On your delivery day, please check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder!
Delivery dates:
Tuesday - Calgary North
Wednesday - Cochrane depot, Calgary South
Friday - Airdrie depot
Orders need to be placed in before Sunday @6pm for guaranteed delivery following week. (If placed after that deadline time and still need delivered in the following week then a rush order may be possible, please request in the special notes below and contact should be made to confirm possible. It's accompanied with $10 rush charge added.)

*Customer is fully responsible after 24 hrs of order drop off at depot location.
Also $10/day for storage if delivery option is not chosen after 24 hrs of drop off.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days depending on stock and order size.
Orders outside the metropolitan area will be charged an additional fee based on distance away.
Someone must be home to receive delivery. We will schedule a time that works.
Orders received by Saturday 6pm will be delivered the following week. (In accordance to availability)
What are the delivery details?
Someone must be available to receive the order upon delivery. We will establish a delivery schedule with you.
Deliveries are final because of health precautions.
$5 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Airdrie & Cochrane
$7 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Red Deer & Lethbridge.
$15 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Edmonton.
$20 charge is needed for any order to be delivered to Canmore and Banff.
Discounts or free delivery also available with further locations with increased purchase.
Charges for Zone Grey (outside of any mentioned zones) depending on location is $1 / km

What happens if I can't pickup my order same day it got dropped off?
Customer is fully responsible after 24 hrs of drop off.
Also $10/day for storage if delivery option is not chosen after 24 hrs of drop off.
For temperature sensitive issues and storage accommodations must be made when order is left overnight.
We prefer orders to be picked up within 12 hours, but 24 hrs is our maximum or the above will be applicable.
Location should be notified early as possible if order cannot be picked up same day.

Airdrie frequently
Edmonton twice per month.
Red Deer - Every Monday.
Lethbridge twice per month.
Banff once per month.
Canmore once per month.
What do I do about the zone options for delivery?
Page with zones only appear after you have chosen the delivery option. Pickups do not display zones. On the checkout page, this option can be changed by clicking on contact information/ address.
*Lowest fee zone picked automatically, based on address, only when delivery option is chosen.
What address do I put in for pickup?
If pickup option was chosen, then a list of pickup locations are available to choose for pickup.
Also, the details for these locations are provided.

I called the pick up location and there is no answer.
