Our Black Angus (Beef) don't get any Antibiotics or Hormones, also corn free, humanely treated and not sprayed, they Graze the Pastures till Christmas, then we Feed them Homegrown Silage "which is fermented Barley" and also Grain Barley, for the Best Flavoring and Marbling.Cattle are raised in pristine rangelands where they graze from the natural grasses of the prairies. When the time comes to finish them with high protein feed, we include local barley, ensuring superb marbling in every cut of beef.

All of our Beef is aged the old fashioned way, dry aged and hung for 18–21 days. All of our beef is antibiotic and hormone free. Your $500 deposit secures your purchase, and we will contact you shortly with your final price. Please note, a Half Beef will feed a family four for approximately one year.

*BTW, we don't have hidden costs such as cut fees and packaging fees like others, our price includes all other fees such as cutting and wrapping, we like to be upfront.

Our steers are finished on rolled barley for that great Alberta Beef flavour and marbling.

Our cattle are never given any form of growth hormones or steroids.
